Droosh

Indian spice, made for the everyday cook

Indian spice mastery to your kitchen table

Indian cooking is built on the art of layering flavor: the warmth of cumin, the brightness of coriander, the tang of amchur, the funk of black salt, the heat of chili, and the earthy depth of turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, and garam masala. These ingredients are not just seasonings; they are part of a culinary language shaped by home kitchens, regional traditions, street snacks, family recipes, and everyday improvisation. Droosh brings that world of Indian flavor into a modern pantry with spice blends and chutney-inspired sauces designed to feel useful beyond one cuisine. The brand’s point of view is simple: Indian ingredients should not feel exotic, intimidating, or limited to Indian dishes. They should be easy to reach for, easy to love, and flexible enough for eggs, vegetables, rice bowls, sandwiches, dips, cocktails, takeout, and whatever else is already on the table.

A family kitchen, reimagined for modern cooks

Droosh was founded by Serena, Savi, and Sabrina Rathi in 2023, inspired by the kind of family cooking that lives somewhere between memory, instinct, and “call someone from the grocery store because the recipe has too many ingredients.” The brand grew out of their experience as Indian Americans who loved both samosas and mac and cheese, aloo gobi and crustless PB&Js, and wanted to make Indian flavors feel joyful, accessible, and part of everyday cooking. Much of that inspiration traces back to Maa, their grandmother, whose kitchen taught them that food could be practical, generous, flavorful, and full of personality. Droosh carries that spirit forward by helping beginners and confident cooks alike use Indian spices without overthinking it.

Bold blends, balanced for anything

Droosh’s blends are built for both flavor and flexibility. Instead of asking home cooks to buy a dozen separate spices, measure each one, and hope the balance works, Droosh creates ready-to-use blends that are milled with precision and balanced for harmony. Everyday Spice brings a warm, gingery, chili-and-turmeric depth to vegetables, lentils, soups, rice, paneer, salads, and even frozen meals. Chaat Party leans tart, salty, tangy, and refreshing with black salt, amchur, cumin, coriander, chili, ginger, and hing, making it a finishing spice for fruit, popcorn, eggs, dips, cocktails, and snacks. Tikka Masala Spice adds peppery, savory, earthy warmth through garam masala, cumin, turmeric, kasoori methi, black cardamom, coriander, and ginger. The result is Indian-inspired flavor that can stay traditional or go completely untraditional, depending on what you’re cooking that day.
