A 58% Colombian cacao bar made with coconut milk and coconut sugar: dairy-free and tropical without trying too hard.
- Bean-to-bar integrity: Karü sources cacao directly from small farms in Tumaco, Córdoba, and Sierra Nevada, three distinct Colombian terroirs.
- Dairy-free creaminess: Coconut milk replaces dairy entirely, giving a smooth, melt-in-mouth texture with a subtle beachy aroma.
- Three-ingredient simplicity: Cacao mass, coconut milk, and coconut sugar. That's it.
- Crafted by women in Bogotá: Every bar is made in small batches in Karü's Colombia workshop, run almost entirely by women.
For the chocolate lover who wants something a little lighter, a little more tropical, and a lot more intentional about where their cacao comes from.
Origins
Karü Chocolates is a Colombian bean-to-bar brand that works directly with farming families across three of Colombia's most biodiverse cacao regions: Tumaco on the Pacific coast, the Sierra Nevada foothills, and Córdoba. Each origin brings its own character to the cacao, fermented and sun-dried at the farm before being roasted, ground, and finished in Bogotá. The coconut in this bar nods to the tropical abundance of Colombia's coast.
