Passionfruit Milk Chocolate

Origin / Influence: COLOMBIA 🇨🇴

$13

Colombian milk chocolate with freeze-dried passionfruit: sweet, tropical, and sour in exactly the right proportions.

  • Single-origin cacao: Karü sources beans directly from family farms in Tumaco, Córdoba, and Sierra Nevada, each with its own fruity, complex profile.
  • Passionfruit as a Colombian story: Maracuyá grows wild across Colombia's tropics; its sharp sweetness is deeply familiar to Colombians and a delicious surprise to those who haven't tried it before.
  • Freeze-dried intensity: The fruit is added before molding to preserve its aroma and tartness in each square.
  • Crafted in Bogotá: Made in small batches by women in Karü's workshop, from bean to finished bar.

For anyone who loves milk chocolate but wants real fruit flavor to take them right to the South American tropics.
