Origins

Yuzu koshō is a traditional Japanese seasoning from Kyushu, made by fermenting yuzu zest with chili and salt. Siesta Co.'s collaboration with YUZUCO brings this to Galician sardines, combining Spain's conservas mastery and Japan's citrus-forward condiment culture in a delightful way. The sardines are sourced from Galicia, Spain's premier seafood region.
