Origins

Victor Guardiola launched Bawi from Austin in 2019, inspired by the agua frescas his mother made in Monterrey and a market gap he identified as a UT McCombs business student: 83 million US consumers who enjoyed Latin food but had no authentic, health-conscious agua fresca option in cans.
